Our Tree Services in Ankeny

Tree Removal: Dead, leaning, or hazardous trees can threaten homes, fences, vehicles, and structures. Our team removes trees safely using professional equipment and protective rigging methods. We also provide emergency removals for storm damaged or unstable trees.

Tree Trimming and Pruning: Healthy trees require routine trimming. We remove dead limbs, shape canopies, improve sunlight, and prevent branches from damaging your roof or power lines. Proper pruning helps trees grow stronger and last longer.

Stump Grinding: Leftover stumps attract insects and block landscaping plans. We grind stumps below ground level and clean the area so you can replant, reseed, or install new landscaping.

Land and Lot Clearing: Ankeny’s new developments continue to grow rapidly. We clear residential lots, commercial land, and construction sites. All debris and wood materials are removed, leaving a clean, build ready area.

Storm Damage Cleanup: Storms in Ankeny can break limbs, uproot trees, and scatter debris across your yard. We respond quickly to restore safety, remove hazards, and clean your property.

Emergency Tree Service: If a tree has fallen or is threatening to fall, call immediately. We handle urgent tree situations and secure your property.

I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received from Top Notch Tree Care deserves every single star. They provided the most amazing service I could have asked for.

Their team's expert knowledge—not just in removal, but in overall tree health and care—was immediately apparent and incredibly reassuring. The level of follow up and follow through was wonderful, ensuring every detail was covered.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a tree fall on my house and called at about 9am to see if they could come out and take a look and help. Originally they said it wouldn't be until the afternoon. Rod called me back about 5 minutes later and said he rearranged his schedule and put me as a priority. (Not sure if it was due to the devastation in my voice) but they came out and did an amazing job. Were very kind and patient with me and his team were just as amazing. They even cleaned up and left thing better then expected, I had absolutely no extra clean up. Thank you guys so much!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had them trim 4 trees in our yard. Great to work with and did excellent work! Quick to give an estimate that was very fair. Under promised and over delivered on timing of completion and cleaned up when they were done. Nice and friendly family owned company that I will definitely use again when needed and recommend to others.
